		<description>I do so much better when I focus, so I&#039;d pick a niche and research it to see what blogs are already there.  Which ones are successful, which ones aren&#039;t?  What are the successful ones not doing that I could?  What information are people looking for that blogs aren&#039;t currently providing?  Then I&#039;d plan my blog from there.  

I&#039;d write some really good content, promote the heck out of the blog, and then start selling ad space.  I might make a few spin-off blogs of the first one, but I&#039;d remain in the same niche.</description>
