Which ones are successful, which ones aren't? What are the successful ones not doing that I could? What information are people looking for that blogs aren't currently providing? Then I'd plan my blog from there. I'd write some really good content, promote the heck out of the blog, and then start selling ad space. I might make a few spin-off blogs of the first one, but I'd remain in the same niche. I do so much better when I focus, so I’d pick a niche and research it to see what blogs are already there.
