		<description>Number 2 is an excellent tip. Constantly trying to improve yourself looks great to the client. Number 9 is also very effective in my experience. However, be sure not to ring too often. Usually business people are very busy and it can come accross as idle chit-chat.

Moderation is the key :)</description>

I make it a habit to e-mail links to articles that I think will interest a client - perhaps the topic relates to a project I&#039;ve done on for him or maybe the article is about her industry or even an interest I know she has. The occasional e-mail maintains contact, builds rapport, and provides helpful information to the client.</description>
