Oh, thanks for the link :) I’m one of those people who is thrilled to receive office supplies (I know, it’s weird), so this list feels perfect. I’d certainly love any of the things mentioned here. I think it’s important to note that a gift does not always have to cost money: if you know graphic design, you can offer help with logos, if you can design a website, you can help a writer with a new look, etc. The same goes for starving writers: we can offer others (either as a gift or as an exchange) what we do best: write
Each Christmas when I lived at home my dad wouldn’t know what to put in my stocking, so I always got tons of office supplies and my mom would get mad thinking I hated it, I told them I liked getting my stocker stuff more than anything else, hahahaha.

Now that Christmas is over, I was wondering if anybody got (or gave) any “writer” presents? I got a book I really wanted but that’s it. I don’t have any writers in my gift list, so I didn’t shop for anything related. :(
I GOT OFFICE SUPPLIES — -and my cousin got me another journal (leather) and a nice pen set — I always get WRITER gifts haha :)
oh, I’m jealous! I collect pens, so my mind is going all crazy over the idea of a pen set :)
I got two writing-related books from my Amazon wish list, which delighted me to no end, since I hadn’t bought any in a little while. :)
