I would suggest clickbank if you plan on selling through affiliates, e-junkie if you want just to make the ebook available to the general public. Keep in mind that using Clickbank (and affiliates) would mean a higher price for the e-book. I think you need to evaluate whether you want to raise the price or not first.

I think the built-in affiliate base is the biggest advantage of Clickbank. That and the fact that they’re already a popular name so people may be more willing to trust them. I’m trying e-junkie for now because of the trial period. I think it will be enough time to learn and make a decision.

What I’ll be looking into the most is the affiliate program side. I’m not sure if I really want to have to run my own when a service like Clickbank will do it for me, with a built-in affiliate base. So after the new year I’ll be looking into both quite a bit more before ultimately deciding which I’ll be going with.

@ Jessica. For what I’ve been reading online, e-junkie is the same as Payloadz (not as Clickbank) but easier to use and apparently cheaper. People are complaining about Payloadz customer service, so maybe e-junkie is worth it just to avoid some headaches.

The basic difference as I’m understanding it is that it will let you manage your delivery and affiliate program yourself (so perhaps more customization). I won’t be playing with it in depth until the new year, but I’ll definitely share my thoughts after I’ve done that.
