I’ve been using my own forms (something I wiped out using examples off the internet) but always worry that the legal lexicon is not completely right. This makes me feel a little bit better in that aspect.

Thanks for the forms. I subcontracted some writing work last month and couldn’t find a form to use. I ended up making my own, which made me uncomfortable (I don’t know enough about laws to protect myself). So this one really helps.
