Six Figure Success

By on January 17th, 2008

I’d been meaning to share this for a little while now, but never got around to it.

Earlier this month I received an email from a writer named Tammie, thanking me for some of the information that was posted here (and back when this was SixFigureWriters.com). Tammie managed to earn a six figure income in 2007 (with a combination of working in writing and teaching), thanks in part to the blog, and our efforts to try to inspire other writers.

If there was one thing any of us said from day one, it was that helping other writers learn they were worth more was our primary focus. If we helped even one writer, we’d be happy with the results, no matter what we earned. Well, I was absolutely tickled to hear that we actually did help someone out in reaching their income goals.

So I just wanted to thank Tammie publicly for sharing her story with me and for sticking with this blog through its many changes in the last year, and I hope knowing that others can set these kinds of goals and reach them helps someone else reach new income goals in 2008. :)
