If you aren’t already aware, I’ve been including writers’ markets in the newsletters / email feed subscriptions. Right now I’m featuring a second set of $1 / word markets (or markets whose pay ranges go up to the $1 / word mark).

While my goal is to change markets weekly (with no archive, so you won’t find the old list), it doesn’t always work out exactly that way.
