New Forum Owner
March 7, 2008 – 2:28 pmJust a quick update on me giving up the writing forums attached to this blog:
I did find someone to take it over. I’m dealing with transferring the domain and forum files / database to him now, and hopefully next week things will be all set up. The new owner’s name is Nick. As long as the forums are operational, I’ll probably continue to link to them from here.
The forums will be back on their original domain at AllFreelancing.com to the best of my knowledge. I’ll update links when things are set up.
Please note that as the database has just been backed up, anything you may post there between now and when it’s moved to Nick’s server will be lost.
Wish Nick the best of luck with it. I’ll still be popping in there when I can, but am glad to leave it in someone else’s capable hands.

A little out of place for this question, but I thought I would ask anyway. A lot of writers I know are using Squidoo and saying I should definitively have a page there. Looking around for freelance writing pages, I noticed you have one there too. Could you comment on what are the benefits, how well has it worked for you, etc.?
