So far it is fun. Today I was dreading working on it at first (too much else to do), but figured I’d get it out of the way early so I wouldn’t slack. Once I got started, it was quick and painless, and yes, fun. :)

That sounds like so much fun! I can’t wait to know more about your novel. Trying to harness all the creativity can get tough. Especially when you’re passionate about your story idea like you obviously are. You’ve got the right idea, though, get out those index cards and put down your thoughts before you lose them.
