		<description>Another way to use the flipping of websites to your advantage is to look through your unsold inventory of articles.  If you submit articles to sites like constant-content or many of the others, see if you have 5-6 articles about the same subject that haven&#039;t sold.  Remove them from the article database, add a few new ones to both freshen up and tighten up the theme of the group, and then build a website around them.  While this is essentially the same process as you described, it is finding a way to get income out of work you&#039;ve already done that did not result in a sale.

		<description>Good post.  I&#039;ve always been interested in doing this, but didn&#039;t know how to go about it.  I never even thought of building a Squidoo lens to go with the site, and then selling the lens along with the site itself.  I may have to try this in my &quot;spare&quot; time.</description>
