Yeah, I’m having a bit of an internal debate myself about whether to sell one of the sites I have slated to hit the auction block. If it’s just the niche you like I would say sell it and you can always jump back in it with another site as you mentioned. However, if you have a great domain name along with a love for the niche or the site’s content it becomes a much tougher decision.

lol Yeah, definitely in danger. The key will be whether it monetizes or not. If it starts to earn enough to justify spending the time on it, I will. If not, the novelty will wear off quickly, and I’ll sell it off without a problem.

In the dog-rehoming forum I’m involved in, there is an expression “failed fosterer,” i.e. someone who takes a rescue dog on a temporary basis, but who “fails” and ends up adopting it permanently instead. Are you in danger of becoming a “failed flipper”? {grin}

I think it’ll be the last one I sell if I do sell it. I’ve decided to at least hold onto it to see if it monetizes or not (meaning it’ll be a slow flip instead of a quick flip if I sell it at all).

I know where to find hundreds more where those courses came from (from top schools to government and business organizations), so there’s no shortage of things to be added – put up a few more courses today.

I fell in love with it too! How to prepare a business plan with SBA sounds very interesting. So does the marketing one. Thanks so much for the link! I love taking classes (I’m weird that way) and courses etc so this seems like a godsend!

Personally, I hope you keep it for a while and find more gems before selling it.
