  1. I’ve been doing that for a while – if something I post lists a specific city or state, they’re looking for locals. If there’s no location listed, then I didn’t see anything in the ad to that effect, so it’s likely open to anyone.

    Jennifer, you might want to tweak your job listings to indicate whether they are onsite or offsite. For those of us on the East coast looking for telecommuting positions, it would be good to know a job is on-site in LA, for instance.
