Freelance Writing Jobs – November 3, 2009

By on November 3rd, 2009

Happy post-Halloween folks! We are officially entering what I like to call weight gain season. Let’s get busy distracting ourselves with more work so we can ignore the call of the candy bowl. As always, asterisked gigs below were found on Twitter, a completely under-utilized resource as far as I am concerned. Scroll down for a gig scoring tip.

Gig scoring tip of the day: Take some chances when responding to gigs. If an editor or other gig poster says they want a writer with a funky attitude, then don’t approach them with a formal cover letter. Let your personality and inner funkiness shine through as often as possible. That will separate you from the pack and help you afford that Well-Paid Freelancer costume next Halloween.

Did you know that you can search for more freelance writing jobs and blogging jobs every day on our job board?
