I’m so sad…this is my last job list for y’all. Starting Friday, instead of posting jobs for you guys I’ll be writing a weekly blog post discussing the results of various…experiments that I try.
During the new series I’ll be going undercover to expose the truth about long-held freelance writing beliefs. I’ll also be going…um…not undercover to talk to you about options and gigs I explore for my own relatively new freelance writing business, and I’ll be getting my hands dirty on the front lines dispelling myths and giving you facts from my first-hand trials. I think it’ll be fun, but I will miss helping you make money with job ads.
Here is my last batch, thanks to Twitter for those with the asterisk.

Gig scoring tip of the day: Ask a friend or associate to proofread your portfolio site and the samples you use to apply for gigs. You know as well as I do that it is really hard to find all of our own mistakes and when you apply for a gig and ask the prospective client to check out your portfolio and samples, you don’t want to risk them seeing your spelling or grammatical errors. Just ask a colleague who you trust to take a quick scan. You can even repay them in kind.
Did you know that you can search for more freelance writing jobs and blogging jobs every day on our job board?

Just for the record, when Yo moves to her Friday series that doesn’t mean you won’t be getting new jobs. Clint is still posting your Monday and Thursday blogging jobs and I’ll be resuming job postings the other three days each week.
Looking forward to Yo’s new series, and I hope you folks are too. :)
I’m looking forward to it…who else would we rather have go [not] undercover:D
