If you're interested in legacy publishing options for your book, a book proposal is a must. Proposals can even be great tools for self publishers, because they serve as a summary or roadmap during your drafting or editing processes.

Whether you're working on your first book proposal or you have several successful proposals under your belt, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the process. What do you like or dislike the most about writing book proposals? What tips would you give to an author writing their first?
