Bio: I began freelance writing and editing in 1999, where I worked as an independent publications specialist in an academic environment (researching, writing, editing, and laying out booklets, brochures, and other college-level teaching projects in science fields), as well as working with large and small nonprofit agencies on PR writing needs starting around 2002. I currently hold a BA in Public Relations, and run a small PR firm as well as more than a dozen websites. I also take on freelance writing and editing work on a part-time basis, most often covering small business, finance, and marketing-related niches.
