If you develop other income streams such as niche Web sites and blogs, you can choose to add further monetization beyond the income garnered in gaining new business. What monetization options do you select?

I ask, because again and again I find myself generally not opting for Adsense. It drives away visitors I would rather stick around or offer better (more profitable) clicking options to.
generally, I stick to the following monetization options of my niche Web sites and blogs:

1. E-publishing my own info products. Mostly e-books, but other options like video series and email courses, too.
2. Affiliate commissions, be it Amazon or through the companies the,selves or through another third party.
3. Private ad sales. I love e-books, but there is a true joy I derive from vetting and placing private advertising. I like placing a value on the hard work of creating my site.
