Andrew Schatkin has tried over 100 jury and non-jury trials in both Federal and State courts, civil and criminal. Andrew J. Schatkin has successfully obtained significant acquittals in numerous criminal cases and has also had successful settlements against major corporations.
Andrew J. Schatkin has been an Adjunct Professor in Criminal Law in St. Francis College, New York; a Special Instructor in Matrimonial and Criminal Law at C.W. Post College; an Adjunct Professor in Paralegal Studies in the Borough of Manhattan Community College; and Andrew J. Schatkin taught a course "An Introduction to Law" in 2006/2007 in Queensboro Community College.
