Technical writer with over 30 years experience as a software and hardware engineer in the semiconductor industry, developing embedded processors and the software for them. This has included working for a number of startups and some of the leading companies in the industry.

I have written datasheets, application notes, white papers, marketing collateral and product specifications for a range of audiences from engineers, managers and end users. I have been responsible for the creation of documents in a variety of print and online formats using Framemaker, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Visio, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, LaTeX, Docbook, and many other tools.
