I'm an author with 16 nonfiction books to my credit, and a great many magazine and newspaper articles. After journalism school at Boston University (Class of 1975), I worked in newspapers and magazines for several years. I then began teaching business writing to classes in banks, insurance companies, and government offices. In this way I gained 16 years of experience in the business world, working with key correspondence, annual reports, and various creative projects.
