Job Description
The ION Group's Hedge Fund Law Report and Private Equity Law Report are seeking experienced freelance writers / editors to contribute one in-depth article every other week.
Article types can include features, Q&As, analysis, and webinar / panel coverage pieces. Articles cover developments in the field such as regulation, laws, breaches, settlements, industry best practices, and guidelines.
Pay is $750-1000 per article written. Separate rates will be paid for editing articles, including from outside contributors, for publication.
Applicants should have at least 3 years' paid long-form reporting experience. Experience covering legal, business, or financial topics is preferred but not required. Experience covering hedge fund or private equity industries is a plus.
JD or similar law degree is preferred but not required.
