Job Description
IXL Learning is seeking a freelance math item writer for a 6-month contract writing math items / problems for high school Calculus students.
The role includes writing math problems, adding age-appropriate explanations, and working with math curriculum designers to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- BA / BS in math (or a currently-enrolled student)
- Knowledge of writing and grammar (and able to match the style of provided examples)
- Strong understanding of high school math curriculum through calculus
