Job Description
Siege Media is seeking a freelance cybersecurity content writer to create long-form content on technical security topics for web audiences.
Topics include areas like zero trust architecture, threat intelligence, cloud security, incident response, and related InfoSec subject matter.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of cybersecurity or high-level information security content writing experience
- Strong knowledge of topics such as IAM, EDR/XDR, network security, ransomware, and compliance frameworks
- Experience writing long-form web content, including guides, how-to articles, comparison pieces, reports, and thought leadership
- Portfolio with at least 3 cybersecurity writing samples
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Working SEO knowledge preferred
